Fees
The fees for my work with you are:
General Counselling Support
(including trauma recovery and ImRs)
50 minute appointment – £60
Eating Disorder Support
Initial 1.5 hour assessment – £100
50 minute appointment following assessment – £75
Carer Support – £60
All fees need to be paid via BACS payment 24 hours prior to the session to confirm the appointment (unless otherwise agreed in the counselling contract). Late payment might result in a late fee and a review of the counselling contract.
Missed appointments or appointment cancellations under 48h will be charged.
I will review my fees next in January 2026.

In my counselling practice I offer you a safe and confidential space to help you explore your thoughts, feelings and deal with life challenges. I have specialist training at diploma level to work with Trauma and Eating Disorders / disordered eating. I am also qualified and have the skills and knowledge to work with other issues including depression, anxiety, loss, general life stress, burn-out, family or relationships issues, ADHD, (sexual) identity and low self-confidence.
